This Guatemalan single origin from Legado follows in the footsteps of the much-loved Guatemala El Morito. Our friends at Legado searched long and hard for a coffee to fill those shoes (or hoppers) and with this new release, they should please all those classically-minded coffee lovers looking for a single origin with lots of body and plenty of those nutty & chocolatey notes.

Like its predecessor, El Rincon will be at its best in espresso, as well as its close relatives such as moka pot brews or even coffees from a bean to cup (fully automatic) machine. In those brew methods, it proves to be a chocolatey & nutty delight, with some subtle acidity ensuring that the flavour is anything but flabby and lots of hug in a mug type body. We're not big on corrupting our favourite beverage, but if you were going to mix one with milk, this would probably be a good choice!
